You did all the planning, you bought all the equipment, now everything is coming together and you’re discovering the process is only starting.  Figuring out what you need to put together a brewery is easy.  There are plenty of helpful salesmen for that.  But making it all work, that is a job a lot of brewers have no idea what it takes to get it done.  Boiler commissioning, steam piping, hydrostatic testing of the glycol piping, grain conveyance systems installation, troubleshooting anything in the brewery, that’s right up our alley.
