Equipment installation and troubleshooting

Equipment installation is always an exciting time around a new brewery.   Conducer Craft will be the first ones there and the last to leave until your equipment is commissioned and you are completely confident operating your new brewery.  We hold the hands of all the subcontractors while they get equipment mated to its connections, operational, and live. While the contractors are busy supplying water and power to the systems, Conducer Craft will be installing and commissioning the grain conveyance systems, performing hydrostatic testing of the glycol chiller, managing boiler commissioning and balancing everything it takes to get beer in tanks.  We will be on hand for the first round of brewing and cellaring for any trouble shooting and benchmark development.

A full, customized package of Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) will be created specific to your brewery after the installation is complete.  All procedures included in this package will be based off of industry proven techniques and practices. By actually working on and with your equipment during the startup phase and initial brews we will be able to provide you with a truly custom set of SOPs that you will be able to easily follow.  From general cleanliness to step-by-step wort production instructions, this package will hold its value for many years to come.
